AajTak Vs INDIA Tv

When one is at home and there isn’t any thing which happens in life..No drunk nights, No exotic holiday locations, No bumping into your Ex`s , No friends in town No more fancy book left to read ..neither are they available here ..then how shall I puke more bullshit in my blog.
I used to consider myself better than beginners when it comes to generate random bullshit and always took pride in doling that out at will in my great MBA presentations. But from past week I have had this realization that I am a amateur and miles away from what can be called gold medal in Bull-crap. Watch IndiaTv for a while and you`ll know the intensity of the drama, the path breaking journalism, the window shattering commentary and screenplay. I am really impressed with the anchors..It takes guts to dish out utter nonsense without flinching an eyelid.

But the question is what makes it unique in such a hard competition from Aajtak ..because AajTak “Khali” chanel doesn’t have variety whereas IndiaTv provides you general awareness about Mythology, Sports, Prophecy,Sci Fi , Philosphy ..u weren’t expecting News rite?

I am sure you didn’t expected to read such nonsense on my blog.
But Now since you already have HAHA

Return of Insomnia

Is insomnia such a bad thing to happen to somebody. Its quite a introspecting question considering its 2 am and I am wide awake. No I don’t work in a call centre. Actually I am just employed on paper and don’t really work anywhere. But yes back on the subject. Good things about being awake: (everybody likes the bullet points u knw..)
  1. You have more time ..and time is money aint it.(So be happy you are a rich man by default)
  2. You know all the stray dogs of the street. (networking always helps..what u din heard abt dis statement !!!!!)
  3. You can read more trying to force yourself to sleep …(not that it helps but can show off like I do at times )
  4. You must have had coffee…(contribution to the GDP …raising the consumption index levels )
  5. State of thoughtlessness (couldn’t think any thing to add….I am experiencing thoughtless )

In Slow Mo

Life in my gaon is quite slow. There is something in this place which just forces things to be so slow that it is unbelievable. From mornings to metabolism every things happens in slow mo. Eight years out of this place now one feels like a stranger at his own house. Life looks further complicated when you have to frame your ownership rights. What all you can own up and deliver and which responsibilities you still want to run away from. We always lament the problems. Some of them are ironically self manifested. Then we meet people more harassed by life from us and we’ll readily thank god. Ironical isn’t it. Like degree of our problems is also to be mentioned on relative index. This in other word means my problems are evaluated by the benchmarks set by other people. Strange world right.

No I am not really the guru in melancholy. And I do meet happy people too. I met aspiring politician, old friends, Masochistic dumped lover, Tax planning consultant but all that is too boring to describe.

My Name is Red

Gradually my blog has started to look like more of a book review section rather than forum of any serious discussion (me being serious hardly happens actually) nevertheless if I am impressed by a book than I am inspired to write about it.”My name is Red” by Orhan Pamuk.I picked it up thinking that hopefully Nobel prize for Literature would be better than Booker prize winners at least. To tell you the truth it doesn’t disappoint at all.Its an amazing book. I don’t like the books which don’t compel reader to think and encourage more dumbness in the world. This book not just compel but keep reminding what knowledge base the reader is up against. Its challenging on every page coz it forces one to think and to determine the course of the story. Wonderful thing is all this is conveyed not by any self help philosophy or any revolutionary ideology. Its a simple murder mystery based on Ottoman Empire of late 16th century. But then that’s where the readers comfort zone ends.

The style of narration is amazing and exhaust the reader in 30-40 pages only considering I belong to volume reader tribe.( m not boasting ppl I had finished Shantaram in 7 days J) it was a revelation.

So if at all any one reading the blog and trust my reco on books. It is the book to go for.

Post MBA Paranoia

So as they say alls well if ends well. I am an MBA…well sorta “almost “(the gr8 CONVO is yet to happen you see). Back to the MBA theory. After 5 lacs of self mortgage called as education loan I am an MBA. Now instead of 1 in a billion I am 1 in a million. Truth of the matter is this only. Every 4th person it seems is an MBA. So what’s great about me? Actually that’s just a placement question. Nobody can expect or stomach the truth.

So new lease of life is to start in about a months. All ready...camped, rested and packaged we will embark upon the voyage to explore and if possible to go and “win the world”. There is no place to be content. Every step is the justification of the last one. And every next one has the legacy of the present to live through. I am not sure I am making much sense but complicated demons for the twisted life ahead.

Here on we enter ‘winner takes all’ world. One might like it or not. It’s survival story of individual lives. I am sure not the best prototype but talking like this helps in keeping the morale high.

My playground will be the breeding ground of the original Indian dream (not sure if such a term exists)...no I have no qualities to be able to enter bollywood. Max talent I have is may be dubbing artist for animated flicks. Les c what it means when they say “yeh hai Mumbai meri jaan”
